How long until my painting is delivered?

Orders take about 5-7 days to be assembled and typically are shipped and delivered in about 2 weeks to the United States. However, for free shipping please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, especially for our international clients. 

How large will my painting be in the context of my room?

Sizes of paintings are represented in inches (width x height) of the entire painting. In this way, it is very easy to get a tape measurer/ruler of sorts and measure out how large the painting would be on your wall to get an idea of the relative size of the painting in the room as a whole. 

What do I do if my order is damaged or not the correct size?

If this happens, please email us at PiecePaintings@gmail.com with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.

Sometimes damage occurs in the shipping process, however this is highly unlikely.

What is your return policy?

PiecePaintings has a love it or leave policy! If you do not love your painting, within the first 60 days, we will refund you 100%, just cover shipping.
